At Brook's Kloset, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, the item will be considered ineligible for return.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or any signs of wear.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only under limited circumstances, including:
- An incorrect size was sent by our team.
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative solution pur discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items reported after the 3-day return window.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise.
- Sale, clearance, or final sale items (if applicable).
